When I was forced to find an insurance broker agency because AllState, LIberty Mutual and Nationwide would not give me home insurance coverage, (3 repairs on my house within a 5 year period) and after all the years of paying into the insurance companies with no claims, as soon as I start making claims, they dump me.
Can I recoup my money for what I paid into and never used? Nope, but dropping me when I make claims sort of defeats the WHOLE purpose of insurance right? Michael helped me get homeowner's insurance at a great rate. Now that I could use other insurance companies, I have chosen to stay with Michael. I have also switched my car insurance to Michael. Your agency wrote a policy to cover my home after the previous insurer processed a hail damage roofing claim as three separate claims and then would not renew my coverage. The rate was very high for three years, and Charlotte Insurance (Robin) proactively contacted me prior to renewing the expensive policy for the fourth year to advise me that the three years was up, and I was eligible for a policy with another company at a more affordable rate.
